LinkPreflight ("the Service") is operated by LinkPreflight ("we"). Using the Service means you accept these terms.
The Service makes limited HTTP requests to URLs you submit and returns metadata and risk signals. Results are automated, best-effort, and informational only. They are not a guarantee that a URL is safe or unsafe.
Do not use the Service to attack, scan, or overload third-party systems, to evade security controls, or for unlawful purposes. We may rate-limit or block any client.
Credit packs are prepaid, processed by Stripe, and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or the Service failed to deliver. Unused credits may expire 12 months after purchase.
We process submitted URLs and the requesting IP address to deliver the Service and enforce limits. We do not sell this data. Logs are kept for a short time for abuse prevention.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the extent the law permits, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
We may change these terms or the Service at any time. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes.
